Boutique Otriko is a Canadian brick and mortar yarn store located in Québec with a website.
All our prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards.

Sales taxes
For Canada, sales taxes are calculated based on the delivery address.
For the United States and international, sales taxes are not applied to orders.

Shipping
Your order will be sent within 3 days of receipt of your payment. If an item is out of stock or if we have any questions about your order, we will contact you by phone or email.
Fees include handling, packaging and delivery.

Canada and the United States
       • Orders under $125.00 after discount and before taxes: $12.95
       • Orders over $125.01 after discount and before taxes: Free Shipping

Elsewhere in the world
       • Orders below $125.00 after discount: $44.95
       • Orders over $125.01 after discount: $24.95

Packages are traceable and have insurance coverage.
You will receive an email link to track your order.

Return and Exchanges
We are happy to accept a return within 90 days of purchase. We will exchange for a credit in store.
The item must not have been used, be in its original state and be accompanied by the original receipt.
An authorization number is required for any return, exchange or credit.

The yarn shop reserves the right to weigh the wool balls before accepting an exchange or a return.
A credit will be applied when the merchandise is received in-store.
Return delivery costs are borne by the customer.

- No return, exchange or refund on magazines and books, knitting patterns and pompoms.
- No return, exchange or refund on skeins that have been baled.
- No return, exchange or refund on "Special order".
- No return, exchange or refund on discount items.

Colors
We have made every effort to ensure that the colours are as representative as possible on the photos in the product sheets. However, depending on the calibration of your device, these may differ from the actual colors.
