Wooden Tag / Badge - effigy of OTRIKO

Tag / Badge locally made from 3mm (1/8’) Baltic Cherrywood of with holes so you can sew it to your knits. This multi-layered plywood assembly makes it an extremely rigid product with excellent stability and a superb finish.

It is a wood made with thin thicknesses of laminated wood and whose direction of the fibers is rotated at 90 degrees one layer in relation to the other. This alternation of fibers is called cross grain and has many advantages: it reduces the tendency of the wood to split; it reduces the effect of warping, allows an improved stability and finally offers a high rigidity.

These can go to the washer, but as with most things made of natural materials, they will probably last longer if washed by hand and if the item is dried flat.
